I also freelance web programming. I am mainly a PHP programmer with a lot of database programming experience (most of my web project thus far have used MySQL), and a lot of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experience. I know Javascript enough (almost every site I've made needed lots of Javascript) to say I have a love-hate relationship with it. I love Ajax because its so interesting to code for. I'm ignorant enough about Flash to say its the future of the web. But most of all, I'm a TYPO3 programmer.
What's TYPO3? TYPO3 is very powerful Web-based, Content Management System (CMS) that simplifies the administration of your website. It's features include a built-in login / access management, built-in multi language support, built-in web-based data entry (into your database), and sub-domain content management. Core extensions include a news extension, a simplified template creation/management extension, and a web-based rich text editor for editing content (very Microsoft Word).
One of its most fantastic features is an incredible backend administrative module, which any one with a bit of training can add, delete, move, and copy pages, add, delete, move, copy, edit, and restrict access to content, and manage users. All displayed in a hierarchical page tree. Very Windows. :)
